About Balwant Seva Sansthan

A legacy of service rooted in love, compassion, and the unwavering belief that rural communities deserve better.

Our Story

Balwant Seva Sansthan was established in the village Khairi, Hisar on 31st of December 2025 in loving memory of late Shri Balwant Singh, a man who spent his life serving the people of his village Khairi and left the world too soon. Him and his wife, Late Smt. Sunehari Devi believed that true wealth lies not in what we accumulate but in what we give back to our community. They both were known to be always open to those in need, and never turned away anyone seeking help, whether it was a meal, guidance, or simply a kind word.

Inspired by their selfless spirit, their son Saty Narain Kundu founded this sansthan to carry forward their vision of a just and empowered rural society. A Civil Engineer by education who retired from the Haryana Government HSAMB Department as Sub Divisional Engineer, he has always believed in giving back and supporting the community. He maintains that one must never stray from their roots and should stay humble while keeping strong engagement with society.

Today, Balwant Seva Sansthan runs free medical camps, supports children's education, manages the Sunehari Devi Library for girls, and conducts awareness drives about government welfare schemes and modern agricultural practices. Every program we run is a tribute to the belief that even one person's dedication can transform an entire community.

Our Vision

A rural India where every individual has access to quality education, healthcare, and the knowledge to claim their rights and build a self-reliant future. We envision thriving villages where children dream boldly, women lead confidently, and farmers prosper sustainably.

Our Mission

To empower underserved rural communities in Haryana by delivering free healthcare, promoting education for children and girls, spreading awareness of government welfare schemes, and fostering agricultural and entrepreneurial knowledge at the grassroots level.

Our Core Values

Compassion

We approach every individual and family with empathy and genuine care, understanding their struggles and treating them with the dignity they deserve.

Education

We believe that education is the most powerful tool for transformation. Every child, regardless of their background, deserves the chance to learn and grow.

Empowerment

We do not just provide aid; we equip communities with knowledge, skills, and awareness so they can stand on their own and advocate for their rights.

Sustainability

Our programs are designed for lasting impact. We focus on building local capacity and sustainable practices that continue to benefit communities long after our direct involvement.

Integrity

We operate with complete transparency and accountability. Every rupee donated is used responsibly, and we maintain honest communication with our supporters and beneficiaries.

Community

We believe that meaningful change happens when people come together. Our work is built on collaboration with villagers, local leaders, volunteers, and partner organizations.

Our Team

A dedicated group of individuals driven by the shared goal of rural upliftment and community service.
